Agrarians of the Chernihiv region convinced that the fertilizer from waste – safe and useful, as well as cheaper chemical substitutes.

Compost is the main moving force for the soil. Excellent organic fertilizer, obtained by composting by modern technology, is produced on Ukrainian farms and brings significant benefits. In the agricultural enterprise of LLC “Mena-Avangard”, in the city Mena, in Chernihiv region, the first 5 thousand tons of fertilizer was produced, which is the basis of fertility and good harvests. Among the others company this one is the first in the region was interested in new technology and has already had a great result.

According to the chief agronomist of the company, Olexander Velentiy, the rate of composting is 10-15 tons per hectare, unlike manure, which will require 60-80 tons. In addition, with proper preparation, compost provides the needs of plants in trace elements and greatly improves the structure of the soil. Olexander Arsenijovich was the initiator of the process of producing modern bio-fertilizers two years ago. So, at the end of spring, the grounds were prepared and the first busts ofcompost were laid.

Of course, not all owners still understand the benefits of manufacturing such fertilizer, since a simple bunch of pus does not require unnecessary care or attachment and does not take time. But the benefit of miracle compost is different in times.

Food for microorganisms

According to Olexander Velentiy, for the proper recycling of manure and waste, microorganisms need to create certain conditions. Plants contain carbon, and nitrogen is derived from manure and animal waste. The natural process proceeds without the addition of artificial impurities or foreign bacteria.

When providing the structure of the mass, temperature regime and the flow of oxygen, the process proceeds quickly and obtains qualitatively fertile. Raw materials can be vegetable waste -grasses and weeds, fillet and small twigs, silos, rests of food for animals. Prior to production, the bulk of the constituents is analyzed, and during the composting the current temperature is constantly checked. Two months later, the busts of compost become twice smaller and, in their composition, form crumbly brown compost without any unpleasant smell, ready to be exported to the fields and introduced. By the way, it is better to use a special spreader for spreading, with exactly dose rate of fertilizer.

Nowadays LLC “Mena-Avangard” allocated for composting 2 places of 1.5 hectares, which laid twenty busts of compost two hundred meters in length.

Benefit for land and people

– The process of producing fertilizers with such technology is rather tedious and long, but justified, – Olexander Arsenievich convinced. – Fertilizer does not have an excess of ammonia, in comparison with the manure, which for a long time will harm the plants in the soil.

The rate of spread of compost is much lower, and in the process of production through the high temperature all pests, diseases and weed seeds disappear. In addition, the utilization of waste through organic composting does not harm nature.

Modern management should be civilized, not to dupe all around the burning of dry wastes and the destruction of land under intrusions. Technology makes it possible to recycle not only agricultural waste – when collecting fallen leaves and organic waste in cities; farmers could recycle it for quality and useful fertilizers. The consequence is the benefits to the earth, clean air and less chemistry in baking and vegetables on our tables.
